COMPOSITION:
Technopet is a modified starch based, pH stabilizer adhesive with cohesion
additive and preservative.
APPLICATION:
Technopet labeling adhesive was develped for labeling PET container, but after
a previous test it is useful for labeling lacquered surfaces, and glass and
metal container till 40.000-50.000 piece/hour speed. (It can be used in cold
and wet surfaces too.)
Recommended temperature of adhesive:25-35°C. The adhesive is watersoluble, after
drying it can be washed with hot water. It may not be mixed with other adhesives,
caseins can cause precipitation.
SAFETY ASPECTS:
Non-toxic and non-flammable.
STORAGE:
Store in dry place protect from frost and direct sunlight. Optimal storage temperature:
+5-30°C. Shelf-life: 6 months, in original close container. The product is not
frost-proof.
TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS:
Appearance: yellowish,viscous, liquid dispersion with not inconvenient
odour.
Viscosity: 60-80 Pas
Solids: min. 45%
pH: approx 7,0-8,0
On hand labeling the adhesive can be thinned with water if necessary.
PACKAGE: in 32 kg plastic bucket.
