Adhesive for plastic foil laminations
COMPOSITION:
Technofol Extra is an aqueous polyvinyl acetate based adhesive with
special additives.
APPLICATION:
Technofol Extra is useful for laminating plastic foils(PE,PP,etc) and for papers
printed on large surface. The paper have to be absorbent, in case if it is lacquered,
or has similar treated surfaces a previus test is needed. The adhesive can be
thinned with water, and can be washed out with water from the equipment before
drying.
It’s film is elastic and gently sticking.
The adhesive may be used for packaging materials in food industry.
SAFETY ASPECTS:
Non-toxic and non-flammable.
STORAGE:
Store in dry place protect from frost and direct sunlight.
Optimal storage temperature: +5-30°C. Shelf-life: 12 months, in original close
container. The product is not frost-proof.

Appearance: whitish,viscous liquid with not inconvenient odour.
Viscosity: 7,5 ± 4 Pas
Density: ~1,05 g/cm3
pH: approx 4,0-5,0
On hand labeling the adhesive can be thinned with water if necessary.
PACKAGE: in 30 kg plastic bucket, 130 kg barrel, 1000 kg container
