COMPOSITION:
Technobond Pal is an acqueous solution of synthetic polymer, with preservative,
and special additives.
APPLICATION:
Technobond PAL is useful for bonding paper, paperboard, wood, felt, leather,
soft and hard PUR foam. It is suitable for hand and machine application too,
but we mainly offer it for hand application on labeling collector boxes. It
is practical to use without thinning or gently thinned. It can be washed out
with hot water from the equipment and from the piece of work after drying too.
The adhesive may be used for bonding packaging materials in food industry.
SAFETY ASPECTS:
Non-toxic and non-flammable.
STORAGE:
Store in dry place protect from frost and direct sunlight.
Optimal storage temperature: +5-30°C. Shelf-life: 12 months, in original close
container. The product is not frost-proof. Let the possibly frosted material
to blow out in room temperature.
In case of long freezing the product may change into gel.
TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS:
Appearance: colourless,or gently yellowish, transparent, viscous liquid with not inconvenient odour.
Viscosity: 3000-8000 mPas
PACKAGE: in 30 kg plastic bucket, 130 kg barrel, 1000 kg container
