COMPOSITION:
Technobond D3 for laminated floor is is an aqueous polyvinil acetate
dispersion based adhesive for wood, containing reactive groups.
APPLICATION:
Technobond D3 is useful in the joinery industry as a waterproof adhesive.
It is suitable for bonding tongue of board edges of laminate flooring and hardwood
floor.
Classification according to DIN EN 204- D3.

STORAGE:
Store in dry place protect from frost and direct sunlight. Optimal storage temperature:
+5 - 40 °C. Shelf-life: 12 months, in original close container.

Appearance: white, homogenous, thick liquid dispersion with characteristic
mild odour.

(Brookfield ;7/10) 15 ± 3 Pas.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:
In the case of laminate flooring and hardwood floor apply the adhesive in the
tongue of board edges, and after prescribed pressing let the surplus to dry.
The adhesive has to spread continuously to the tongue of board edges in such
volume that the adhesive is pressed out from the board edges, because the perfect
sealing is only secured in this way.
After drying the surplus is may removed by a plastic spakli (within 12 hours),
it is practical to remove it paralel with putting down.
To apply adhesive to both sides it is usually harmful and unneccessary.
When applying the adhesive instructions and recommendation of the producer of
floorings are have to be take into consideration.
In the usual processing do not let open the adhesive coated surfaces more than
5 minutes, because of possible skin formation, which can be not suitable for
bonding.
To increase the adhesive strength jointed surfaces have to be pressed together
with 0,2-0,8 N/mm2 pressure.
Bonded joints reach the final strength after 24 hours drying.
The perfect watertightness is obtained after 7 days.
